Rather than paying utility deposits and hassling roommates over bills and rent, leases at The Woodlands are individual can be all-inclusive. This means that you and your student are only responsible for your lease agreement.

Fully Furnished


Say goodbye to the all day moving truck experience. Each home at The Woodlands is stylishly furnished from the bedrooms to the common areas. All you need to bring are clothes, technology and your favorite decorations.

Student Focused Setting: 24hr Access


The Woodlands clubhouse is designed specifically for college students. Everything from a full Wi-Fi cafe and study areas to fitness facilities and a resort pool are all available to residents whenever they need. Our staff is also available for questions and help seven days a week.

Roommate Matching

For students who are new to the area or don’t have roommates chosen, The Woodlands can help match roommates who may like living together.

Pet Friendly

Many students like the comfort and security of having a pet during college. The Woodlands is pet friendly and offers pet walk areas and pet stations throughout the property.

Various Rates & Floorplans

Depending on living arrangement needs and budget, The Woodlands offers six different floorplans among 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with varying rates.

Courtesy Officers

At The Woodlands an on-site courtesy officer lives in the community and is available to assist with any emergency that might arise as well as watch out for resident safety and privacy.

Electronic Key Systems

Every residence and bedroom at The Woodlands is outfitted with an electronic key system. This system prevents key duplication, provides a record log of uses for security and allows maintenance keys to only work during designated times. The key system also allows residents access to the clubhouse 24 hours a day.
